He thought he could achieve the things, kept his best to achieve as he never fettered by any problem in the path of success so the day came after leaps and bounds when he succeeded accomplishing his dreams. Keeping an eye on the aspirations and financial constraints of the masses, he has made the best education available to even the lowest section of the society. He mirrors the idea that education should be imparted with a view to the type of society that we wish to build. He soon gave a start to his dream and founded in 1983 R.L.B.M.S.S School in Sarvodaya Nagar. Recognized by U.P. Government Education Department. It started with Junior High School but soon touched the glorious heights of excellence in all spheres of education and achieved the status on highly honoured and dedicated members of Rani Laxmi Bai Memorial Society.

Affiliated to the CBSE in 1995 the school follows co-educational system up to class XII. It has been imparting education up to senior secondary standard in English for last few years. It believes in secularism and encourages students regardless of their caste, creed, religion and financial status. It is a non residential co-educational institution. The school, with strength of approximately 1715 students, spread over in 2 acres and is unique in its architectural excellence. The aesthetically painted school building offset by the sprawling green campus, spacious classrooms, hymns and shlokas from the great Indian scriptures written beautifully on the walls, all the classrooms named after great Indian heroes of Indian history and scriptures, open environs offer an ambience which is conducive to intellectual pursuits, patriotic fervor and holistic development.
