The Hind English Medium School,  Viman Nagar, Pune of Shri Santa Garoba Shikshan Sanstha was formed to bring the Gyan-amrut that has journeyed through the millennia; it is a place where the value or ethos of the guru-shishya paramapara is followed in its genuine sense. Guru's power is generally acknowledged, extensively accepted, and highly respected, despite its source of intrigue and mystery. The term Guru appears to have been supplanted by the word mentor.'The expression appears to be weak compared to the original expression Guru for two reasons: a mentor is pursuing the same goal as a mentee, and the mentor is most often a guy with a long list of material accomplishments. Therefore, a mentor shares his or her commercial or professional secrets, but a guru is someone who has nothing to do with material success. The secrets of the Guru are an open vision of a brightly illuminated universe. Learning, according to the school, is a source of prosperity. Without the blessings of a guru, a person solely considers material wealth. Insecurity and worry result as a result of this. Gurukul instils a natural desire to study since it generates an enthusiasm that no other factor can match, as the shishya strives for the highest.
